Description
Project Medishare has been working in Haiti since 1994 providing community health and development services to more than 80,000 people annually in one of the most rural and isolated areas of Haiti. Project Medishare operates programs in Maternal and Child Health, Community Health, School-based Health Centers, School Feeding and Malnutrition programs, and Orphan and Vulnerable Child Protection, among many other areas of community development. Project Medishare also provides training and education in trauma and critical care through our partnership with Hospital Bernard Mevs, one of Haiti’s only trauma and critical care hospitals with Adult, Pediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care Units.
