Description

HAFALI is a community based organization serving the long Island community since 1995. We aim to serve as the “epicenter” for families and individuals of Haitian descent while serving as a bridge connecting the Haitian Community and the Community at large.

HAFALI fulfill its mission through its Family Support Services, Community Development and Organizing and HOME (Haiti Outreach Mission Experience).
