Mobilizing resources to support the transformation of developing international communities into healthy, self-sufficient communities.
Project Summary
The C2C Haïti Restoration and Transformation Pilot Project (HRTPP) launched in April 2011, in Petit Goâve. The Focus: Health (Water & Sanitation), Education, Environmental Stabilization & Economic Development. The Goal: replicate the pilot project, offering the Haitian Diaspora and those with a heart for Haïti an opportunity to be part of something greater than themselves.
The pilot project’s four targeted initiatives – water, environmental renewal, education and economic development – were determined collectively by the partner communities, C2C Haïti team and local government officials as the primary gateways with potential for the largest, sustainable impact. The ultimate goal is a model of transformational self-sufficiency replicated throughout Haïti. Our work is supported by the investment of time, talent, and the treasure of our team, funders and partners.
